Abstract

Several ways to decrease grower reliance on chemicals in muskmelon production were studied.

Key Question: What new practices will allow muskmelon growers to use fewer chemicals?

Findings: Better timed applications of chemical sprays and cover crops may prove helpful to melon growers.
