May 16, 2011AMES, Iowa -- Grapes and greenhouses, dairy cows and prairie insects—these topics represent just a few of 11 recently completed projects sponsored by the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture. Summaries of the research results are now available on the Leopold Center’s website here.
The Leopold Center has funded more than 430 research, education, and demonstration projects since the competitive grant program began in 1988. The program covers four initiatives: Marketing and Food Systems, Ecology, Policy and Cross-cutting.
