Abdullah Jaradat is the first of three candidates for Leopold Center director who is visiting the Iowa State campus to meet with administrators, stakeholders and members of the search committee. His seminar, which is open to the public, includes his vision for the future of the Leopold Center and how his experiences contribute to the vision.

The Leopold Center was established by the 1987 Iowa Groundwater Protection Act as a research and education center at Iowa State University to develop sustainable agricultural practices that are both profitable and conserve natural resources.
