Trent Preszler is Chief Executive Officer of Bedell Cellars, a winery on Long Island, New York, that pursues sustainability in all farming, winemaking, and business practices. He earned a BS degree in agriculture from Iowa State University and is now a Ph.D. candidate in viticulture at Cornell University. This lecture is part of ISU's National Affairs Series.
