This is the largest organic farming conference in the U.S. with more than 65 workshops, trainings and 160 exhibitors. In 2011, the conference attracted nearly 3,000 farmers and agricultural professionals. Keynote speakers include Curt Ellis, King Corn filmmaker and co-founder of the FoodCorps, and Margaret Krome, Michael Fields Institute. Craig Chase, interim leader of the Leopold Center's Marketing and Food Systems Initiative, will present a session on farm management. The Leopold Center also will offer materials at the conference.
