About REAP: One of the most exciting opportunities to support innovation in rural America is through projects that support energy efficiency and renewable energy. USDA Rural Development has a strong track record of assisting with the growth of these industries in Iowa. USDA Rural Development’s Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) has grants, guaranteed loans, and combination grant/guaranteed loans available to help agricultural producers and rural small businesses purchase and install renewable energy systems and make energy efficiency improvements. Since 2001, USDA Rural Development in Iowa has invested over $126 million to help hundreds of Iowa producers and small businesses with projects that helped create renewable energy or make energy-efficient updates to the farms and businesses.
The webinar is limited to 25 spots. Register by emailing Jeff Beneke at jeff.beneke@uni.edu
