The Food Access & Health Work Group is a statewide network of food and nutrition assistance program providers, health professionals and food system stakeholders focused on cultivating a just and diverse food system that eliminates hunger, increases access to nutritious food and improves the health of all Iowans. Support for FAHWG has been provided by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture. Fiscal administration provided by the University of Northern Iowa.

A panel of dynamic individuals and organizations will provide snapshots of innovative food gardening projects in Iowa

12:15 pm     Gourmet Lunch Boxes provided by the Art House Café

To guarantee lunch, please register for the gathering. Weather permitting, take a stroll of the native prairie gardens or the Prairie Lake Loop Trail
