Regional Food Systems Working Group Winter Meeting

The Regional Food Systems Working Group is holding its winter meeting in December to convene the 17 working groups across the state, and all Iowa local food advocates.
The meeting is for the designated working groups as well as supporting organizations and individuals working to develop regional community food systems. This meeting is open to the public.
Information covered will include 2012 highlights from each of the regional coordinators. The meeting also will introduce the managers of two Iowa Produce Auctions, Cedar Valley and Drakesville. There will be a guided discussion about the produce auctions and ample time for question and answers.
