Whiterock Conservancy's 1st Annual Pre-Super Bowl - Timber Stand Improvement Day

Get ready for the big game by building up an appetite for all your Super Bowl gastronomic favorites while volunteering to help protect and restore native woodlands. Volunteers are needed to remove, pile and burn logs and brush cut from the area as part of Whiterock Conservancy's efforts to remove invasive species and improve the forest health on the West Bett's Farm property. A short interpretive program about forest ecosystems will be included. Volunteers will be treated to a tailgate chili lunch and are encouraged to bring their favorite Super Bowl appetizer to add to the party.
