Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) Level 1 Workshop

Location: Sioux City, Iowa

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is offering a new program series for producers interested in on-farm food safety training. The program consists of three sequential workshops; each provides a certificate of completion.

This is a Level 1 workshop that covers on-farm food safety fundamentals and two online components for basic food regulations and basic food microbiology.

The workshops are funded by USDA Agricultural Marketing Services Speciality Crop Block Grant Program.
