Iowa Market Maker Market Maker (MM) for Iowa is a web database containing geo-referenced U.S. Census population and demographic data, North American Industry Classification Codes (NAICC), local processors, vendor information and a producer interface that allow producers to identify potential marketing targets anywhere in Iowa and Illinois and other states as the program expands. MM will help processors and vendors to locate producers who have registered in the system. MM will provide a tool for Iowa producers to determine strategically where to market their products and will assist producers to determine appropriate or “best fit,” markets for their products through demographic and psychographic targeting.
