System requirements: This animated software plays best on a display monitor that is  capable of at least 16-bit color and a size of 800X600.  Make sure your sound is turned on.

The Water Cycle Sofware was created for the Iowa State University College of Agriculture display on water resources at the 1997 Iowa State Fair in honor of the 1997 Year of Water in Iowa, an event marking the 10th anniversary of the Iowa Groundwater Protection Act. Further development for distribution on the World Wide Web was funded by the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture.

The program was created by Rex Heer and narrated by Robert Lindemeyer, Iowa State University Instructional Technology Center.
