Graceland University's Lamoni campus will host the Food Citizen Symposium in Carol Hall on April 14.
Speakers include co-founder of the Seed Savers Exchange Diane Ott Whealy, and NYC based food waste artist Aliza Eliazarov, best known for her Modern Farmer cover photos (http://alizaeliazarov.com/).
